Wow! Sounds like a nice evening. Kim's husband is a big guy. I know what they mean by wearable art. Knitters must be too practial for that sort of stuff. Anyway, I ran into my neighbor the other day. He told me about his grandmother knitting plastic grocery bags into beach totes. I was, and still am totally amazed. Can you imagine the lines of red and blue from Bashas and Albertson grocery bags? I can't either. That's why I am going to try and get my hands on one of her totes. Now, could that be considered as wearable art? SURE! and much more practical.
